Hp G72 Injury Hazard Etc And Response
My HP G72 while operating on battery power suddenly developed a large spot on the screen and high temp on the cover sufficient to damage it. It was bought new in July. As I'm hearing imparied my wife contacted Sam's the seller and was told HP warrented the G72 for year. She spent almost an hour on the phone with people who could barely speak English and was told it would cost us close to $300 for repairs. Note: it was not dropped etc and only used in our home. I feel it is dagerouusly defective and should be replaced free of charge ASAP.
