Greetings - The keyboard does look quite strange. Buy you can navigate to Word processing app (e.g Micro soft word), type few words and then begin tapping on those keys that look suspicious (the goal being to to have one that will take the selector to the line that follows below) like the Return key (which may be this Enter key which would only works as a Return key when used with Shift) Also try the one immidiately on the letf site of your Space key, and so on...
