Problems With The Hp 23
when I power up the computer the HP logo comes on the middle and then it says diagnosing your PC for a few seconds then that goes away to a black screen and then it says with the HP logo in the middle of the screen then preparing automatic repair for a few seconds and then the screen goes black again and this little square at the top left corner that blinks about every 8 to 10 seconds.any help would be greatly appreciated. ~ Ty
