Trouble Scanning To Computer
I am trying to scan documents to my computer in PDF format. There used to be a screen would show on the monitor to view the document before you completed the scan and it does not appear.

go to your windows photo gallery and open any random image. then go to file. then go to "get image from scanner or camera" choose that and your hp should be a choice. Or go to hp on programs and navigate that way. for some reason scanning from scanner does not work but you can figure it out thru the computer instead.
OR
Go in the control panel and click on Scanners and Cameras. You should see your scanner their.
Or, Go in the START menu and look in the HP folder and click on HP Solution Center. Now the scanner will work definitely.
