Why Cant I See The Ink Levels?
I have re-installed the software several times (the one on hp website too), but it's always the same thing: I'm unable to see the toolbox where the ink levels are supposed to be seen. When I go to Start>HP Deskjet 3050 J610 Series and I click, nothing happens. I just can't open it.
