Printer Not Recognized After Restart But Scanner Works Fine
I bought a deskjet 2050 all in one printer ....after installing the drivers of the device and connecting the usb i was able to print but after i restart my system or shut down the system ....next time i try to print it ask for a usb to connect but i am able to scan the things ....i changed the usb cable also bought one from the market a chinese one but the same problem stilll..........have i left something out?

No apparently the printer works fine each time i uninstall the drivers and put the usb and print .....have reinstlled the latest frivers also ....i have reinstalled the drivers a dozen times to print ......but after i restart the same problem persists:(

WHEN THIS HAPPENS, SOMETIMES IT NEEDS A BI-DIRECTIONAL USB CABLE- BUT IT CAN BE A DRIVER THAT HAS NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY- DELETE THE PRINTER, AND RE-INSTALL, DRIVERS DISC RUNNING, AND HAVE PRINTER CONNECTED, BUT DON'T TURN IT ON UNTIL THE DOFTWARE ASKS YOU TO, THEN IT MIGHT JUST CLEAR THE FAULT.
