Hp L25500 Paper Jam Error 81:01 Won't Clear After Turning The Printer Off.

I have a HP L25500 every time it has a paper jam it gets error 81:01 and won't startup after turning it off and clearing the jam. I have to leave it off and unplugged for 3 days before it will boot up again. It just keeps giving the error until it sits without power for 3 days. We have had techs check it over, they even replaced one of the boards but it is still doing it.
