Hp Cp4020 Color Printer - Blurry Lettering

I have reinstalled the cd for the printer CP4020 and the color lettering is still blurred. It appears that the color bleeds. Please help.

You have to run the clean ink cartridge feature of your HP Color LaserJet Enterprise CP4020. This will clean the ink cartridges and remove unnecessary colors / quality issues on your printer. You have to use the HP Solutions Center software included in the software CD.
