What Does A Laser Scanner 5 Error Mean Hp M3035

Hi. The Scanner unit has to be replaced. One once said that HP has a service note for this issue. So that both the scanner and the formatter can be replaced even if the unit is out of warranty. That if you take it to an authorized service provider they should repair it for you at no cost. Just tell the provider you know hp has a service note to cover the repair. If they give you a hard time call hp customer care.
