My Brand New Cp 4525 Has A Jam In The Right Door.
I have cleared the jam as directed by the printer but still no luck. I have removed the necessary items and replaced them as shown but the indicator still says there is a jam in the right door.

In some cases the printer will show a “13.20.00 Jam in right doorA533;? error when powering up but there is no paper stuck in this area. This is usually caused by a misplaced pickup roller cover located in the right door. If the pick roller cover gets dislodged, it will obstruct the movement of one the sensors causing a 13.20.00 jam.
