Printer Flashes Three Lights

I just installed a new black cartridge in my 1210 printer and when I went to use it all I get is three flashing lights (ready light, resume, and attention light) How can I fix the problem? Thank you

The flashing light on your HP CP1215 printer indicates that the device is on standby mode. To fix the flashing light issue of your HP CP1215, long press the power button for about 5 seconds. Wait for 10 seconds and turn on the device again.
