My Hp Business Inkjet 1200 Paper Jam
Printer pulls a page part of the way through and then stops. I have to remove the paper from the back. But then the power button and other lights are flashing and I have to shut it off and on. Nothing prints out.

Possibly a worn pick-up roller. Cleaning may solve it. Use alcohol to clean the roller. Take a look at the troubleshooting section on paper jams at the HP site. Link attached.
