Phone Stopped Working

Good day, I loaded WM 6.5 onto my Ipaq 914c and everything worked except the phone. I then reloaded the HP original rom back on the phone. It uploaded fine but now the phone still does not work and all there are errors when the phone starts uo. The one error is that it is looking for a usb device driver and the other is a driver.exe error. Have you heard of a problem like this before?
