Hp Probook 4414s Trouble Reinstalling Operating System.

I'm having trouble reinstalling operating system.  I wiped hard drive and used oem windows 7 dvd to reload operating system.  Now my computer boots up and stays stuck on "Starting Windows" screen.  It never goes into installation or anything. Can someone please help

Hp Probook 4520s. B & N Keys Dont Work. Can't Log In To Windows W/out Them.
B & N keys won't work.  Can't sign in to computer, because those keys are part of the password.
