Replacing Cartridges
If my hp office jet 4622 printer says my ink is running low, do I need to replace all the cartridges or can I just replace the black?

You can replace the black alone, but you would still need to keep the colored one in place (even if it is empty). However, before you change them you should find out which cartridge needs to be changed first. If you use the HP utility, it should tell you which cartridge(s) need to be changed.
