My Hp 3052 A Printer/scanner Won't Load Paper, It Tries, Then Says Paper Jam.

I have run the paper feeder cleaner thru the tools, still not working.

Sorry for your problems. You need to find and remove the paper that's jammed. Look on the underside of the drum as paper often gets stuck in the sensor hole.

Open the back of the printer, where the paper is most likely jammed. You will not be able to see the jamby opening the top. The paper feeder cleaner only cleans the roller and will not clear the jam.
