Installed Hp Scanner 2300c Driver But Not Able To Scan Documents

the driver has been installed but the HP imaging software is not running on my PC. Hence I am not able to scan any documents.

The very first solution that you need to do is to carefully check all the cable connections (data and power cables). It is better to refer to the user's manual on where to connect these cables. You can download or read the user's manual here:
