Need Help, It Show Error

Hi my name is William. Please help me. I pressed the following as below : 6i/yr , 2 p/yr , eff% = 6.09% 12p/yr , nom% = 5.92634643744 N=300 , PV=300,000 FV=0 press PMT it shows = -1919.41987103 then i need to round it up to -1920 and press N again Now N shows 299.79256401 I need to find the "FINAL payment" so i pressed 300 Input shift AMORT .... The screen shows Error A .... Error TVM .... How to fix this problem???? I need HELP
