Hertz Rental Reservation Not Honored In Grand Rapids Gerald R. Ford Airport.
We reserved a van on 12/8/12 for rental on 12/25/12 through 1/5/13. When we arrived for pick up, we were told there were no vans available. After almost 2 hours of dealings, we were sent to the Avis counter and were put into a vehicle which did not accomodate the needs of our family. The vehicle was unsafe for our children whose heads were hitting the back sat roof of the vehicle. We expect to hear from you and be compensated for this matter.
