Refused Car Rental At Manchester Airport
I made a reservation thru ryan air from italy ,was refused rental on arrival at airport because I only had the paper part of my uk licence .I live in Australia and had not peviously had this problem with Hertz in 2006 and 2007.I'm trying to get refund of AUD $142.93
