Why Can't I Change A Reservation Date?
According to the web site I can make changes on my reservation. But when I try to pick up the car a day earlier and at a different location in the same town, which is open on a Sunday 3 weeks from now, i get the following message:
CHANGE REQUEST CANNOT BE ACTIONED- MUST CANCEL AND MAKE NEW RES [DE685]
I would lose 50 dollars if I cancel my prepaid reservation and start over.
