Account Log In.....

I am still having problems gaining access and signing into my account. I entered "Forgot Password" then I get "User Name" I enter user name which is odd, then it shows "Reset My Password" so I put in a new password, when I enter it it does the same thing and just stays there. I have cleared everything you said to from browser (Google Chrome) and I don't have problems on any other site. Shouldn't the sight ask me for email address when trying to reset a password instead of asking for a user name, and then going straight to reset password ? Any way you can email me a link ?
