No Access. Username And Password Valid. Not Accepted.

I found a document I needed. Could not download because Username and/or Password not accepted. I gave up after several attempts. What's wrong? Am I already an account member who "lost" a different sign-in process (Username and/or Password)? I can't repair my tool without the manual to install the parts.

Sorry for your problems. Similar ridiculous rejections have become increasingly common with various websites.
  • I've found that typing the information by hand (rather than using the system clipboard or a password manager to enter it) will often solve.
  • For an email address that's not working, your Internet Service Provider may give you a solution. In the worst case you may have to use a different email address: Gmail will let you receive its mail at your current (other) mailbox--from Gmail's gear wheel [upper right] go to All settings, and then to Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
  • It's possible the problem is on your end. In case it is, follow these numbered steps:
  1. Make sure you haven't disabled any scripts, and then
  2. Clear your cache. You'll find specific instructions for your particular browser at http://www.refreshyourcache.com/. Clearing cookies also could help, so you may want to do both. If the problem is not solved...
  3. Restart your computer. If the problem is not solved...
  4. It may be necessary to update your browser (or even to switch browsers, in the worst case); links for updating various browsers may be found on this Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/help.php?page=742

It seems to be an issue with cookies and caches of the browser.

Follow this steps below:

Use chrome incognito window

try to sing in now. it should fix the concern.
