I Cannot Access My Account.

You've created an account for me with the user name: raulhernando0209. The account was also assigned a password that I cannot retrieve. Each time I've attempted to submit a new password, the box for submission appears to be inactive, thus blocking me from the account. I Would appreciate any suggestion that will resolve this problem. Thanks

According to your question, you'r having difficulty signing in to your Help Owl account. (If it's another account, you need to resubmit.) I hope you understand that your questions here are answered by volunteers, not personnel of Help Owl. Regardless, I'm sorry for your problems. I haven't heard of this problems previously with Help Owl, but similar ridiculous rejections have become increasingly common with various websites.

I've found that typing the information by hand (rather than using the system clipboard or a password manager to enter it) will often solve.
It's possible the problem is on your end. In case it is, follow these numbered steps:

Make sure you haven't disabled any scripts, and then
Clear your cache. You'll find specific instructions for your particular browser at http://www.refreshyourcache.com/. Clearing cookies also could help, so you may want to do both. If the problem is not solved...
Restart your computer. If the problem is not solved...
It may be necessary to update your browser (or even to switch browsers, in the worst case); links for updating various browsers may be found on this Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/help.php?page=742
