Determining Model Number For Questions
In response to my inquiry, Help Owl support has stated, "if a model is not selected then our system auto-derives it from their description . . . over 99% accurate when it does so." I see a huge number of questions where this seems absolutely impossible [ex. https://isn.page.link/uu5h]--yet HelpOwl nevertheless supplies a model number. On what basis can it do so? Help Owl support insists there's no guesswork. I've followed up with Help Owl support without a reply.

When a user asks a question on HelpOwl, they have the option to ask it in reference to a specific product. On product pages, there's a box on the right side of the screen titled "Ask a New Question." If a user asks a question using that box, HelpOwl will associate the question with that product, even though the product model number may not be mentioned in the question.
