How To Get Helpowl Certified?

Many more than five of my answers have been accepted and I meet the other criteria for becoming Certified, but I received no email. I sent an email to HelpOwl about the problem, but I haven't gotten a response. Please help guys I really want to be certified and be able to post links below my answers. Thank you!

If you meet all the criteria for certification, Help Owl will certify you. There may be a delay, and if so your email to [email protected] was the proper way to go, whether or not your email received a response. Fellow volunteers cannot get you certified any quicker; sorry.
