Greetings. To become "Helpowl certified" you only have to have atleast 5 of your answers marked as accepted, and you should receive an email after that informing that you are then HelpOwl Certified.

There are currently 2 ways to become HelpOwl Certified:

Once 5 of your answers are marked as accepted, you will receive an email letting you know that you are HelpOwl Certified
Demonstrate an ability to troubleshoot and provide answers within a specific industry or company. For example, if you are an auto mechanic then you would be considered an expert answering auto-related questions
