Submitting Manual

I just want to ask if i submit a manual and dont remember what i have submited and if i without knowing that i have submited a manual to helpowl i resubmit it again what happens can my account be baned  Thanks

Hello massists helpowl doesn't ban you for submmitting multiple manuals. But you have to be organise in your submission to also make it easy for helpowl staff. Any time you submit multiple manuals you get a message in your email stating file rejected reason "duplicate file submmited".
