Problem With Cosmopolitan In Newsstand App
problem with Cosmopolitan in Newsstand app
Hi,I bought the February issue of the magazine Cosmopolitan through the app Newsstand in my iPhone.The app downloaded all the pages but it is impossible to open it. I tried several times. First it shows the covering page and when I click on the option READ, IT SAYS "PREPARATION OF THE CONTENT" and then the covering page appears again. I tried clicking on the covering page directly and then the magazine appears on the bookshelf. Could you please helo me? alternatively, could you please give me my money back?
