Magazine Subscription Problem...

I ordered Country Living magazine for my wife through a school promotion a month ago.  I was expecting a "print" version, but have received an "electronic" version of the magazine.  This is not acceptable, and I would like to transfer my Country Living subscription over to "print", and receive it in the mail at my house.
