I Think I Might Be Missing Parts

I just set up the treadmill and got every step done except #10."Slide the inner upright cap between the right upright and the motor hood. Then press the right outer upright cap against the right inner cap until they snap together. "Can't seem to find these pieces. . They aren't on there or I'm blind.
