Tripping The Breaker

Out of the blue my Hayward C-Spa 11k has started tripping the breaker as soon as the heating element kicks in. I checked the filter to ensure good pressure and that is fine. Now I figure it must be the heating element. Is there any way, short of diassembling the unit to confirm the cause of the problem ?
