Leaking Hayward Ec40 Pool Filter
My filter is leaking from where we clamp to seal closed. We checked fingers, rubber seal and clamps all was done good sealed tight but water is blowing out is bump supposed to stay up or down could this be why leaking

Why is my pool leaking from the filter?
A steady or high-pressure stream of water will likely indicate a bad gasket or o-ring. If the leak is coming from either of the pipes that lead into or out of the filter, the union seal or o-ring can be changed relatively easily.
