How To Relieve Pressure In De Filter With Stuck Valve

Relieve pressure (SAFETY CRITICAL!) Even after turning off all electricity, residual pressure remains in the filter. Once again, when you loosen the belt holding the filter casing top to the filter casing bottom, the pressure could blow the filter casing top into the air, possibly causing injury or death. If the top is 18 inches in diameter, it has an area of PI x 9 x 9, or 254 square inches. At 20 PSI (a modest value typically in normal operating pressure), the upward force on the top would be 5080 pounds -- enough to lift a car.
