I Can't Get The Cleaner To Retain Full Contact With The Bottom Of The Pool.
Hayward DV5000. I followed the directions. My suction is ideal and I tried placing the weight on all different sections of the hose. I even changed the location of the regulator flow just in case. I now have the flow regulator closest to the Halo. I am so frustrated! It seems no matter what combination I try works. The suction is definitely strong enough. I don't know what else to do. Please help! It seems the weight should be on the sucking apparatus itself. On the end that don't retain suction.
