Do You Also Support The Swimpure Plus Chlorine Generator?
Our SwimPure Plus chlorine generator is two years old and I just cleaned it with muriatic acid solution. Now the salt level will not display. Salt is presently in the water. Diagnostic readout is: temp. is 27 C, cell volt. is 25.1, cell curr. is 6.68, desired output is 36%, instant salinity is 3.3, product name is AL-0, software version is 1.45, and chlorinator cell type says 2.8 but should be t-15. Any ideas and what is warranty time for this product? We purchased ours in June 2010.

The SwimPure generator is made by Goldline/Hayward and is the same product as an AquaRite. Your unit is actually reading the salt the reason you don't see the salt results is that the unit is reading in metric. You need to change the way the unit is reading:
>Put the switch in the "Auto" position
>Press the "Diagnostic" button one (1) time. You will see the water temperature displayed in Celsius.
>Slide the switch from "Auto" to "Super Chlorinate" then slide the switch back to "Auto."
>The unit will now display in U.S. Measure and the temperature will now be displayed in Fahrenheit and all other measure will appear normally.
