Cen-tech #98568 Does The Obd Ll & Code Reader Diagnose Electrical Problems
trying to determine if the blower fan, rear defroster,rearview mirror illuminator and outside motorizrded mirrors are not working from contacts in the iginition switch or, elsewhere.

The 98568 code reader will not help with that sort of issue. It is meant for diagnosing mainly emissions- or engine-related problems. However, if your electrical problem stems from a deeper issue, the code reader may be able to help point you in the right direction.
