Flexbrew Kureg Side Wont Function
water gets hot it sounds like water pumping no water comes out Needle is clean

If the water is on the hot water side & the power button is toggled on it should work fine. If not the H2O section has failed & needs to be serviced. Go here for the visual instructions for the hot water side. To make a warranty claim, do not return this appliance to the store. Please call 1.800.851.8900 in the U.S. or 1.800.267.2826 in Canada for service.
