Countertop Oven 31103 Timer Not Shutting Off.

I'm not sure if the model number is correct as my oven is a few years old...but it does resemble the picture. The problem I have is that the timer will not shut off. Even after unplugging the oven. When the oven is left plugged in, the timer continues and the dial will actually go to the "stay on" mode and the oven will stay on. Is there a fix to this problem or will I just have to either a) keep unplugging the oven or b) replace it (which I don't want to do because I love this oven).  Thank you.

Unfortunately, the timer cannot be replaced.  However, please contact the Hamilton Beach Brands Consumer Affairs Department at 1-800-851-8900 or [email protected] to inquire about a replacement oven.  Thank you.
