I Have A Haier Model Htq18jabww-01 The Freezer Is Working Not The Refrigerator
The freezer seems fine, the evaporator hose and pan are fine as well; but the refrigerator is warming up. It has been defrosted and cleaned since the problem started.

The freezer is not fine, that's most likely where the problem is.
You said you defrosted it ? Did you remove the back panel inside the freezer section and defrost the evaporator coil ? And was it a solid block of ice ? If the evaporator was iced up, no air can flow past it to cool the fresh food section. Is the fan for the evaporater working, if not replace it.
If the evap. is iced up, you have a defrost problem, most likely it's the high limit thermostat that is attched to the evaporator itself. This needs to be tested and or replaced. Also check the heating rod with a vom, should have 10-50 ohms.
