Why is my Haier AC remote not working?
Remote control malfunctions can sometimes be corrected by removing the batteries from the remote for a few minutes and then reinstalling them. If the remote control display is weak or the operating distance has lessened, the batteries may need to be replaced.
Step:
1. Check whether the batteries are power off.
2. Check whether the remote control display receiving window is blocked by other subjects or interference.
3. Check whether the remote control is within range of the unit.
4. Check if TV is in "Shop Mode", where some pop menu appears on the screen and you are not allowed to use remote control
Solution:
1.Change new batteries
2.Move the blocked subjects from remote control display receiving window
3.Press "Exit" button, then set home mode
Please call service when your TV not ok after above operation.
