Frige Tempreture Goes From +5 To +17

My frige would be working ok then it stops at +8 and the tempreture reach up to +17, then i turn it off and start it again set the temp and starts working till it reaches +8 then again reaches +17

If the condenser coils are dirty, they won't dissipate the heat effectively. As debris builds up on the coils, the refrigerator becomes less efficient, causing the refrigerator to work harder to cool down also if If the condenser fan motor is not working properly, the refrigerator won't cool properly.
