Troubleshooting On Haier Hrf-370f

My Refrigerator is not cooling @all if plug it ..it will on but It will not make any noise..even the compressor not giving any sound or noise..please what can I do ?

Haier - Refrigerator Running but Not Cooling

Verify the refrigerator is plugged in to a working outlet. Make sure the unit is turned on and that the thermostat control is set to a cold temperature setting. ... Allow time for warm food to reach fresh food temperature. Check gaskets for proper seal.
