Water Leak
Water constantly drips from bottom of unit when in cooling mode. Unit is and always has been on a level surface. I have had it for a little over a year and this is a brand new issue. Drain port plug is present and securely fastened. The water full indicator light has never come on. I have drained the water out of the drain port numerous times but, the drip continues. Unit is a Commercial Cool 12,000 BTU Portable A/C model #CPRD12XC7. Can anyone shed some light on this?
