Awo6100 Washing Machine

my washing machine overfills with water on startup.what is the problem and where is the service center here in bulacan.its branded as whirpool ?can i bring it in for service near nlex balintawak ?

ther are a couple of things it could be, one is a bad pressure switch, if it still fills after you turn it off then its a bad sylinoid
