Haier Au282xhbaa Improper Functioning

I have three internal units (2x 9000 + 1x 12000) connected to this external. The two small units doesn't cool anymore and after running 10-20 minutes they cause the lock of the system (I have to turn off the electrical power and after few seconds to switch it on to make the conditioning system running again). If only the 12000 btu unit is running everithing is fine. What could be the cause? Thanks, regards. Giuseppe Toloni
