Blue Tooth Password

have never used the blue tooth on my new phone. Have tried to blue tooth photos in a asda machine but no luck as i have no password. I've tried 0000 and 1234 but still nothing.can Someone help please want the photos for Christmas

there may be a paring problem.

when u receive or send photos the device should authorised the process.

check if the asda machine has any default bluetooth password.

if not try calling cutomer care. they may help u to master reset Ur phone
