Graphics Problem. My Htc Desire S510 S Has A Graphics Problem. Pictures Not Cle

Hi. If this just started and happens with all apps and when on all parts of the phone's menu, then the LCD digitalizer will probably require replacement. If, on the other hand, it only happens with "Contacts Pictures" then navigate to the app drawer > Setting > Accounts & Sync > Google acc > uncheck/disable "Sync Contacts".
