I Am Having A Terrible Time Accessing My Purchases.
Please help me clear all old passwords or user names and simplify assess to groupon. I have several purchases I have made and can't access my account because I don't know the password or it's the incorrect user or all kinds of non elogable letters and numbers to type in. Just want to simplify. Thanks

The best way to resolve this problem is with Groupon customer service. Phone Groupon at (877) 788-7858 in the U.S.
