Regarding My Permanent Makeup Groupon- $180.00.
I spoke with Karen in customer support on August 8th, 2017. I am currently on a daily IV antibiotics for my infection in my body. I explained that I had a major 11 hr back surgery at the end of May this year.(my 3rd one bc of infection) My back is fused from my tailbone to my neck..My doctor tells me it is too dangerous for me to have this procedure bc of the infections that I have had. Karen was very understanding & told me that she can cancel this Groupon however you can't give me a refund but she can put the money in my Groupon Bucks. That will ensure I spend the money in my Groupon account. I am a long time loyal customer. I told Karen that will not be a problem. I don't think she mentioned a trade in. because of my health situation she was to put my money in my Groupion bucks. I don't see them there. I see you put the makeup Groupon back in my account. I Cannot use this Groupon. I did not know this at the time I purchased it. Otherwise I would never have purchased it. Will you PLEASE make an exception & CANCEL the Permanent Make-up Groupon?? Please put the money in Groupon Bucks?? I know I usually only have 3 days to cancel but I didn't think my doctor would be so upset with me even thinking about doing the permanent makeup. I am too susceptible to infection. I cannot afford to throw away $180.00. Please respond.ASAP.Sincerely,Jane Henley204-736-4884

The form to which the previous answer referred you is strictly for investor relations, and it's not likely that would accomplish anything. Instead, I suggest using the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/groupon/Corporat.... You can try the phone number, but a written communication will probably be more effective. You may also want to consider a complaint site like https://www.gripeo.com/ or http://www.consumeraffairs.com/, each of which is designed to get action from the offending companiest
